The Eurovision Song Contest 2007 was a turning point for VERKA SERDUCHKA, catapulting her to international fame. Representing Ukraine with the song "Dancing Lasha Tumbai," SERDUCHKA delivered a performance that was both controversial and captivating. In 2022 SERDUCHKA’s creator Andriy Danylko received The Award of Merit from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for his outstanding efforts in support of Ukrainian relief efforts.
